Cure Your Gout Report

If you have arrived at this website there is a very good chance that like me, either you or a loved one are suffering the painful and debilitating effects of a gout attack. Again like me you may have possibly spent several hours searching for gout remedies, gout pain relief and gout prevention ideas so I hope that this review of the “Cure Your Gout” report is of some use in deciding whether to buy this product and to part with your money.

I have been a frequent sufferer of gout since my mid to late twenties, with prolonged attacks periodically affecting both big toe joints, both knees, my insteps, right elbow, left wrist, and most recently one of my toe joints. As the attacks have got more frequent it is always with some trepidation that I feel that familiar gritty feeling in the joint which is inevitably followed soon afterwards by the burning inflammation and agony that is gout. It can go in several days; the last flare up however took almost a month to go as it affected one joint after another and left the joints weak and tender.

It will therefore come as no surprise to you that in the past couple of years I have spent a lot of money buying various books, courses and gout remedy related information in the search for a cure for this particularly painful affliction. Some have promised instant relief, others have offered “life changing” results, and none thus far however have been worth the cash. Until now, or not?

This brings me neatly onto the review of “Cure Your Gout” written by Barton Publishing. At $37 it isn’t the cheapest on the market, but at some 48 pages it sure is one of the most comprehensive and fact filled. Delivered by electronic download the book is in PDF format which is not only easy to read, but more importantly easy to print.

Cure Your Gout Report

The book is broken down into several easy to read sections giving a complete overview of gout. This covers such topics such as what gout actually is, the symptoms and what causes gout in the first place. This type of information sets the scene and can be vitally important in gaining an understanding of the mechanics of gout – why it is you that have it, what potentially has triggered it and even help in identifying whether it is indeed gout that you have or another similar affliction. This information, whilst no substitute for a diagnosis from a doctor at least should put your mind at rest and give some valuable pointers as to what to look for.

This is followed by the real meat of the report and the section which will be of interest to most readers. This section covers gout remedies and gout prevention, undoubtedly the two most important subjects. Without giving too much away, within the book there are a LOT of different approaches to addressing the problem of gout and pain relief. These range from prescription painkillers and antacids, through to herbal remedies and even methods of utilising common household ingredients to fight off an attack. Whilst admittedly not every approach is going to work for everyone, there is most likely a tip or piece of information which will work for you as proved the case with me. For me it wasn’t an instant cure but within a few days I was certainly well on the way to recovery.

Finally there is also a comprehensive list of foods and beverages which should be avoided if you suffer from gout. Whilst there are the usual suspects there – offal meats, beer etc, there is also a list of not so familiar ones which I am certain will surprise a few people and assist in avoiding future attacks.

Overall I think this report is one of the best on the subject of Gout that I have yet come across. It has covered all of the salient points in detail and offers some genuinely useful and effective information. As I have already stated, at $37 it isn’t the cheapest out there but on the basis that I was spending a lot of cash on pain killers and anti inflammatories, the one off cost was soon recovered and I am looking forward to a pain free existence over the coming months when historically in previous years my gout was at its worst.

The real clincher for me was the 60 day no quibble money back guarantee, on the basis that if it doesn’t work for you then it can be returned buying this report really is a no brainer – the “Cure Your Gout” report is strongly recommended to all gout sufferers.
